At Spring Mount we think young people are extremely important and we have regular activities that focus on youth.

From 7:30pm on a Tuesday we hold youth bible study sessions. Here young people are taught the message of Jesus, but also discuss all aspects of daily life and current issues. After study it's off to the all weather pitch in the local park for a kick about! On the first Tuesday of each month, instead of the above, we have Cafe Uganda when we serve drinks and snacks to raise funds for a school in Uganda - everyone welcome!!

Thursday there is X-factor which is a time for the young people to hang out together and relax at the Walney Community Trust building on Walney. X-factor starts at 4:30pm so why not pay us a visit?

At Spring Mount Abbey Road there is now a Homework Club on a Thursday. Open from 3pm 'til around 5.30pm this is a chance for up to 20 young people to meet, have a free drink and biscuit and make use of the help available in the shape of a qualified teacher and internet access to complete their homework.

Junior Youth Club runs from 4:00pm - 5:30pm on Wednesday. Please note that children must be between Year 3 and Year 6 inclusive.

Seniors is from 7:00pm until 8:30pm on Friday. Please note that children must be in year 7+ to come to Senior Youth Club.

We have a pool table, PS2's, an XBox 360, football, laptops with internet access and many other games. We also have crafts on offer, even cooking for the budding chef!
